Plain answers about ownership, security and AI.
Serious does not mean vague. Here is how we handle the questions buyers ask most, stated without embellishment, including what we do not yet have.
Ownership in writing
Before work starts, the agreement says who owns what.
Your data and your content are always yours and leave with you on request. Software built specifically for you is assigned to you once you have paid in full, as your agreement states. Our platform and reusable components stay ours and are licensed to you.
Documentation and a planned handover are part of every engagement.
Plain statements about security
We are not SOC 2 certified, and we will not claim it until that audit is complete.
We will walk you through our actual architecture and controls, including what is still on our roadmap, so you can judge them yourself. Details are shared under a mutual NDA.
How we use AI
AI is used where judgment is needed, inside validation and human review. Approvals stay rule-based and attributable.
We do not train models on your data. Any third-party AI service used on your work is named in your agreement.
Access and custody
We do not take administrative control of your systems until discovery is complete and you have authorized it in writing.
Access is limited to what the work requires, and it is removed when the work ends.
Governance of every engagement
Written scope and acceptance criteria. Change orders for anything outside scope. Named owners on both sides. Regular reporting.
Exit and handover terms are written into the agreement.
